Our support includes work across several contracts and several states encompassing Acquisition & Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, Contract Management, Business Process and Administrative Support Services.  Work has entailed cradle-to-grave acquisition support, with heavy emphasis on financial analysis, cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting from inception to close-out. In addition, we also support help desk activities and NJ to DC Air shuttle reservation services for the WJHTC workforce.

Defense Logistics Agency

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Philadelphia, PA.

Leonard-Newman support consisted of Logistics Services.  Reduced backorder delinquencies through corrective actions such as cancellations, resolution of contractor delay and payment issues to ensure items were received or funds were available to reorder. The team also provided process improvement and information sharing with client personnel.

Department of Homeland Security

Department of Homeland Security, Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

Support consisted of cradle-to-grave Acquisition Services including all aspects of pre-award, post-award, and contract closeout. Personnel worked at the client site and provided direct support to the Government Contracting Officers; developing requisitions, award documentation, and contract management files and correspondence, etc.

Transportation Security Administration

Transportation Security Administration, Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

We provided cradle-to-grave Acquisition Support to include all aspects of pre-award, post-award, and contract closeout. We also provided Human Resource Support Services particularly in area of security clearance; and Logistics Support to the Warehouse. 

Department of Defense

Department of Defense (NAVICP / NAVSUP), Philadelphia, PA.

Provided cradle to grave Procurement, Program Management and Logistics Support Services to include research, assessments, acquisition plan support documentation, evaluation support, recommendation papers and briefings and detailed cost analysis at the SME Level.  The team was responsible for Naval Systems Inventory and tracking of all procured items/ supplies.

General Services Administration

General Services Administration (GSA), Philadelphia, PA.

Provided Acquisition & Professional Technical Support to the client’s end-user. Support consisted of development and technical guidance of pre-award documentation such as specifications and drawings for office furniture and office space.
